It has a balcony from which to enjoy the atmosphere and life of one of the most charming and popular neighborhoods of the Malaga coast.
The apartment has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (a bathtub and a shower), living room with integrated kitchen very bright and spacious, 2 comfortable sofas beds and a balcony overlooking the outside. You will have access to a large roof terrace where the washing machine and laundry area are located.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood of La Carihuela is a very emblematic neighborhood of Torremolinos, famous for its national tourism and above all international tourism. It is located between Benalmadena and Bajondillo. It is an area with a lot of atmosphere, fun and relaxed with its beaches and promenade of more than 5km long.
In the area you will find some of the best fish and rice restaurants on the Costa del Sol, endless bars, beach bars with live music and shops open late into the night. It is a magical place where entertainment is assured. Only a few steps from the apartment you have a supermarket and a pharmacy.

GETTING AROUND
Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners to make excursions. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own!

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
According to Spanish law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
