OVERVIEW
Cozy apartment with fantastic views of the Cathedral of Malaga, the port and the popular Pier One. On the beachfront and just a few minutes walk from the most important museums and historical sites of the city. This apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, integrated kitchen in the living room and living room with sofa bed. It also has Heating and Air Conditioning, Internet and TV. The kitchen is very spacious and very well equipped, with microwave, oven, coffee maker, water heater, toaster and all the basic kitchen utensils, it also has sliding doors if you want to close it. It is located on a tenth floor with an elevator and from a large window of the living room you can see in the background the cathedral of Málaga and a part of the Alcazaba (two of our important monuments) and part of the pier 1, since it is only a few steps away from there.

The neighborhood of La Malagueta is one of the most famous and emblematic of the city where the bourgeois spirit coexists with a host of leisure and dining establishments. The apartment is located in the heart of the neighborhood, strategically located so you do not have to use any means of transport to move around the city center and visit the most important and recommended places, museums, historical places, shopping areas, restaurants, cinemas , theaters, beaches, playgrounds … everything you need to spend a perfect holiday. However, the apartment offers the tranquility you need after a hard day’s sightseeing.
La Malagueta beach is a totally urban beach located in the center of the capital of the Costa del Sol, very popular among the inhabitants of the city.
Throughout the summer there are numerous events and activities such as concerts, parties, beach volleyball tournaments, Latin dance masterclasses, children’s entertainment, boat trips, inflatable attractions … and many activities
It is one of the 13 beaches of the city of Malaga that have received the highest sanitary qualification according to European Parliament regulations.

GETTING AROUND
Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners to make excursions. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own!

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
According to Spanish law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
