OVERVIEW
Wonderful study in one of the best neighborhoods of Malaga and just 2 minutes from the beach walking. This apartment has 1 sofa bed and a double bed for up to 4 people. Comfortable, spacious, modern, with natural light and a small kitchen perfect to spend a few days on the beach of Pedregalejo or visit the city of Malaga as it is only 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bus or if you prefer you can walk or go by bike along a pleasant promenade. With everything you need to enjoy your vacation, this apartment has: air conditioning, kitchenware, towels for the shower, bedding and tourist information of the city. It has free wifi connection. The building has a communal roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun, with an area to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the warm summer nights.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Pedregalejo is undoubtedly one of the most fashionable places in Malaga. It is an old fishing district of the East district of the city and one of the most charming places. Just 150 meters away is the promenade that runs through the city, where you can find the restaurants and trendy bars overlooking the sea. Its beaches and in particular the beach of Baños del Carmen are the oldest and therefore the most emblematic with a very particular charm and appreciated by all who visit it. It is a quiet and safe area that has all kinds of amenities, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, banks, playgrounds …

GETTING AROUND
Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners to make excursions. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own !

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
According to Spanish law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
